Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax for orders in certain states. If sales tax is applicable for your order, it will be added to your order amount during checkout.
What are my payment options?
We offer several different payment options through our secure online checkout system. The following options are available:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of your order shipment no matter which method of payment you choose. If paying with a credit/debit card, your card will not be charged until your order releases to our warehouse for shipment. For money orders, your order will ship once payment has been received. What is my order status?
You may view your order status at any time by clicking on the "Track Your Order" link located on the top header bar.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, you will immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. You may also visit the "Track Your Order" to view order details.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit or debit/check card will not be charged until your order is released to our warehouse for shipment.
